Common Questions — Do I need an AI background to join?

No. Domain expertise is the rarest ingredient. If you're a former IRDAI officer, a practising clinician, or a 20-year BFSI compliance lead — that knowledge is more valuable to us than knowing how transformers work. We pair your domain expertise with our AI engineering team.

Common Questions — How much can I earn as a contributor?

Task-based pay at Tier 1 varies by complexity — typically ₹200–₹2,000 per task depending on the depth of review required. Tier 2 Reviewers earn a hourly rate agreed on engagement. Lead Experts and Fellows have project-based or retainer arrangements discussed individually.

Common Questions — What is the QEN certification?

All contributors who complete verified tasks receive a Qapitol Expert Network certification — a shareable credential that acknowledges your contribution to AI governance infrastructure. Higher tiers unlock named co-authorship on published policy packs and benchmarks.

Common Questions — How is quality measured?

Contributor quality is tracked through agreement rates (how often your ratings match expert consensus), client feedback on delivered work, and peer review scores on authored content. Consistent high quality unlocks automatic tier progression.

Common Questions — Is this full-time or part-time?

Entirely flexible. Most contributors work a few hours per week on task batches that fit their schedule. Lead Experts and Fellows may have more structured commitments, agreed upfront. There is no minimum commitment at Tier 1.

Common Questions — Will my contributions be public?

Tier 1 and 2 contributions are anonymised in our products. Tier 3 and 4 contributions can include named credit on published policy packs, benchmarks, and research — agreed with you before publication. You always retain the right to reference your QEN work in your own profile.
